Competitive and recreational cyclists suffer from common overuse injuries associated with inflexibility, muscle imbalances, and posture. Join DBW sponsored athlete Devin Everitt for this weekly floor exercise class that focuses or core strength and flexibility as you prepare for your best 2019 cycling season. The only equipment necessary for this class is a yoga mat and hydration. Tools such as yoga blocks, or yoga straps may be helpful but are not required.

The suggested price of this class is $15.00/class paid directly to Devin for her expertise. However, we want to stress participation so Devin has invited you to pay what you are able.

Devin is passionate about staying healthy and fit. She recently completed the entire Appalachian Trail, a 2,200 mile hike, while raising money ($25,000) and awareness for The Hillside School, a local independent school for learning disabled children.Devin has been teaching yoga for over three years at local studios and gyms as well as globally while traveling through Asia. When she is not teaching yoga, she is out hiking, cycling and rock climbing. She is a sponsored Honey Stinger ambassador and loves to spread the word about products that fuel her active lifestyle while also accommodating her diet. She joined Women Bike Doylestown over three years ago and has made several close friends through this community. Devin plans to stick around Doylestown until late April at which point she will then travel west to hike the Pacific Crest Trail in support of Hiking for Mental Health. She is eager to meet you and help guide you through the winter months, strengthening and stretching until the warmer weather returns.
