The focus of our team in 2020 was intended to be the development of our elite and amateur women's formats. Novel Coronavirus SARS CoV-2 had its own ideas, but I have a premonition: To the extent a bicycle racing season is going to happen this summer its going to be led by our women. To lead off that news, we wanted to bring to your attention an article featuring our champion Beth Beans in The Business Journals "In Her Own Words." Beth is a corporate leader in an historically male-dominated industry. Moreover, the Fred Beans Family of Auto Dealerships is not only one of the largest employers in Bucks County, but one of the largest auto groups in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

With 2,000 employees operating under 20 rooftops, its easy to forget that the Fred Beans Family of Auto Dealerships truly is a "family" business with key leadership positions being occupied by Fred's three daughters including Beth. But as you can see in the video below, women occupy key positions in leadership throughout the business.
